Who is this Course for?
This is a Course for anyone who is interested in moving to Portugal or any Portuguese speaking country, who is already living in Portugal but still struggling to integrate the language and culture, or for someone who is simply curious about the Portuguese language. If you already know a bit but want to improve your Portuguese, this Course is also for you since we have all levels going.
What if I don’t ‘get’ languages?
No student is the same. The course has some degree of adaptation to different student’s needs. We have had language learners from all ages and walks of life with different experience levels. We all have different rhythms and this method is designed to connect you with the language and culture, at your own pace.
I didn’t enjoy languages at school. Will I enjoy it now?
One of our main aims is to break away from the traditional classroom experience. We try to make your lessons as personalized and enjoyable as possible. We are always taking feedback and working to ensure that your language learning experience is the best.
Am I the right age?
We have had students from 6 to 65. Age is no barrier to learning a new language, and it is extremely healthy and beneficial for your brain to learn a language at any point in your life.
What kind of course is right for me?
We offer video classes (learn when and where you want, at your own pace), online group classes (learn with the videos from anywhere in the world and come to the weekly classes with my personalized guidance) and in presence group classes (take advantage of practicing & interacting with other students, in presence - subject to availability), these group classes allow you to meet other students and receive a collaborative and dynamic learning experience.
What if I want to pass an exam?
If you need to pass a language residency exam we can guide you to attain your goal but we don’t provide certification for Visa/Residency purposes.
Is it expensive?
We provide different course formats and structures for any budget. Priced very competitively, they allow us to provide the highest quality language learning experience at the best value for you.
What if I don’t have enough time?
Language learning doesn’t have to be a rigid process. The regularity of weekly classes is something many people appreciate, but our Video Courses are entirely flexible to your own timetable. In addition, we will always make sure you have revision materials and work to do outside of classes to keep you in the zone.
Can’t I just use apps?
We love language learning apps and tools! However, as users of these will know, there is no substitute for guided learning. While apps are fantastic at reinforcing vocabulary, the personalized tuition provided by a native speaker is invaluable, and helps reinforce your learning. This is because it helps your brain form more absolute connections between words and experiences.
